How do I find this information?
The shipping information can be found on the product page of the item, if you click the “shipping and returns” tab, you will be able to see the retailer’s policy. Many of our retailers will offer international shipping.
To ensure that you are only seeing items that are available for delivery in your country, please make sure that you have selected your country by using the drop-down list on the top right-hand side of Laffame.com.
If there is a “buy in store button”, you will be directed to the retailer’s website where you can view their shipping and returns policy in their dedicated section.

How can I find this information?
This information is available on the Laffame product page and product page of all the retailers on Laffame.com. Before purchase, or you can visit the customer care section of the retailer’s website to view their returns policy.
• You can find the returns policy by clicking the “shipping and returns” tab, on the product page.
• If you have a “buy in store button”, you will be directed to the retailer’s website where you can view their shipping and returns policy in their dedicated section, as well as complete your transaction directly on their website.
• Please make sure that you have selected your country by using the drop-down list on the top right-hand side of Laffame.com. This will ensure you will only see items available for delivery to your country.
If the items you are interested in are with the retailer Luisa & Spencer, you will need to visit the customer care section on the Luisa
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be made directly with the retailer that your order was placed through.
Your order has been made with one of Laffame’s retailers who will arrange the shipping of your order. To cancel or amend your order you will need to contact the retailer directly. We recommend contacting the retailer as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to, or cancel, your order.
Please note that once an order has been placed amendments and cancellations are not always possible and will be at the retailer’s discretion.
• You can find the retailer name by checking your confirmation email or in your Laffame order history.
• To check your order history log in to Laffame and select “account”.
• (Please note if you checked out as a guest the order will not be saved in your history).
• You can visit the retailer’s site to get in touch.
If you have checked and your order has been placed with Luisa & Spencer – visit the Luisa & Spencer site to contact their team to request a cancellation.
Refunds are issued by the retailer once the item has been received back by their returns department. Item(s) purchased directly from Laffame.com will be refunded through Laffame.com customer care.
Once the retailer for items(s) purchased directly from Laffame.com has issued your refund, Laffame’s payment partner Paypal will automatically credit this back to your original payment account.
If you have questions about the status of your return/ refund it is best to contact the retailer directly through their dedicated customer care area as they will have the most up to date information.
• You can find the retailer name by checking your Laffame confirmation email or in your Laffame’s order history for items(s) purchased directly from Laffame.com. For items purchased from our external partner retails, you can fine the retailer name by checking your confirmation email from that retailer.
• Go to the retailers dedicated customer care area to see their returns/ refunds policy.
